SUCTION ROLLS FOR PAPER MACHINE

According to customer’s drawings/demand, we are able to design/produce SUCTION ROLLS for paper machine, which includes Suction pickup roll, Suction press roll, Suction couch roll, Suction transfer rolls, etc..These rolls are designed for long operational lifespans to ensure total reliability.  These are fabricated in accordance to your exact guidelines with accurate sizes, using the best materials you require.

Width will be 2850-5600 and machine working speed will be 1000,1300, 1600 and 2000m/min.

Roll body: stainless steel 304/2205 coil, imported duplex stainless steel casting, wall thickness 55-85mm, roll body drilling φ 4.5mm; Rubber surface: polyurethane, thickness 20mm, hardness p&j 15 ~ 20 °, rubber surface drill φ 4mm through hole + groove, the through hole opening rate is about 20%, and the groove opening rate is about 22%. Vacuum box: the box is welded with stainless steel 304, single chamber or double chamber, which can be moved out as a whole, with built-in sealing, lubrication, cleaning and amplitude modulation components, all made of stainless steel 304, equipped with imported pneumatic tube and graphite sealing strip. Optional high-pressure mobile water spray cleaning device. Shaft head and bearing seat: nodular cast iron, cast steel and forgings. Bearings: SKF, Timken, FAG, NSK, ZWZ, grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication. Transmission mode: key transmission and no transmission.
